The faulty education system..........
Hmmmm...............this is my first blog.I created it just now and i am going to share my feelings about the current education system prevailing in our country.I am totally against it because it lays more emphasis on marks secured by a student than the amount of knowledge gained by the student. Its not a good system as it forces the students to study only for marks.Knowledge is important, marks are not.Right from nursery parents start impressing upon the minds of their children that marks are very important and start tutoring them from this tender age. This kills the creativity of the children. They learn to cram from nursery itself. They only know how to read from books but they do not understand the facts because they have not been exposed to them practically. This continues till they grow up.We learn that if we stick to the system we will be successful in our life, ie ,we will get jobs and settle down comfortably in life.Is this the end???????I know most of us think like this because we have been taught this from our childhood.Creativity is not at all given importance in our country. The people who follow the rote-learning system are successful in our country and those who challenge the system face either failure or are extremely successful.People who challenge the system are very rare to find.I feel there should be more and more people who dare to challenge the system. This system needs a radical change. Then only we can expect a better educated India. In my view, practicality and creativity should be given more emphasis.Indian children do have great creativity hidden inside them which needs some exposure. There is bubbling enthusiasm inside them to express their creativity.I just hope that this is realized soon..........
Its good yaar.
